Job description
The Resident Services Coordinator provides support services to residents. This position will work with the Community Manager and staff, without releasing confidential information, to resolve any issues the residents may have. The Resident Services Coordinator may act as a liaison with management or community agencies, when requested, to advocate on behalf of a single resident or group.
This position may also assist the Community Manager with special projects.
