CCBHC Community Support Team (CST) Clinical Supervisor

The CCBHC CST Supervisor leads a multidisciplinary team providing the most intensive level of community-based care offered by the CCBHC, serving adults with complex, high risk, and high-need mental health conditions and co-occurring substance use disorders. This role is responsible for the clinical integrity of services, ensuring all care is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and compliant with Illinois Medicaid Rule 140/132 and CCBHC federal and Illinois standards.

Responsible for supervising assigned staff and interns. Interviews, onboards, trains, and evaluates new employees. Provides administrative and clinical supervision. Works with diverse staff and service population.
