Continuous Improvement Engineer

Requirements

3–5 years' experience in a manufacturing or operations environment Proven Continuous Improvement / Process Improvement experience Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen and 5S knowledge Experience with ERP systems (Odoo or similar is advantageous) Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Engineering, Operations or related qualification Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Someone who enjoys taking ownership and delivering measurable results Bonus Points If You: Thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Love turning data into meaningful improvements Enjoy collaborating across departments Have a passion for operational excellence
