Job description
Responsible for supervising the Behavior Consultant-ABA, Assistant Behavior Consultant-ABA, Behavior Health Technician-ABA and monitoring compliance with adopted best practice standards/treatment models; Provide child, caregivers, 1:1 staff support and BHT-ABA psycho-education regarding the child’s diagnosis and learning style and behavioral interventions; Provide guidance using knowledge of the current techniques proven to be effective with this population through the utilization of behavioral analytic principles and interventions; Write, review and revise the treatment plan in accordance with the Commonwealth IBHS regulations; Review and update the Assessment; Utilize standardized assessment an screening tools.
