As 400 Support Executive

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. Be a productive member of the team.

Requirements

Hands-on experience with the Thinkwise Platform (Low-Code/No-Code). Manage and prioritize the AS400 application backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities. Define product requirements and represent business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle. Support Agile delivery teams and drive the stable operation and continuous improvement of the AS400 application landscape.

Act as the primary liaison between business users, AS400 engineering teams, SAP teams, vendors, and leadership. Provide day-to-day functional leadership to AS400 engineering teams. Prioritize work, facilitate sprint planning, and guide teams toward achieving business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery and ongoing enhancements.
