Complex Executive Chef: Westin Great Southern and Renaissance Columbus Downtown

The Westin Great Southern and Renaissance Columbus are seeking a Complex Executive Chef position to join the team. This job is responsible for all aspects of managing the kitchen and kitchen staff at both Hotels. Ensuring the quality preparation of all menu items and proper handling/storage of all food items in accordance with standards.

Coordinate the purchase of all food and develop menus, maintaining approved food costs and labor costs.
