Job description
The Product Enablement Specialist is responsible for supporting the successful launch, adoption, engagement, and ongoing use of NCM digital products, services, and client-facing tools. This role works closely with Product, Sales, Client Services, Training, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders to ensure new and existing products are clearly communicated, well understood, and effectively adopted by intended users.
This position helps bridge the gap between product development and product usage by supporting launch planning, internal readiness, training, communication, feedback collection, and adoption efforts.
