Job description
Reports directly to the Vice President of Operations and plays a key role in overseeing and managing all operations at our multi-client warehouse facility. This position is responsible for ensuring the efficient, safe, and accurate handling of multiple client inventories while maintaining superior service levels. Key duties include operational management, client relationship management, team leadership, inventory control, compliance and safety monitoring, performance tracking and reporting, and addressing any additional tasks as assigned by the Regional General Manager or upper-level management.
