Insights Partner, Career Pathways (Remote)

The Career Pathways Team advances one of WES' core strategic priorities within our Good Work strategy: reducing barriers to quality employment in high-demand industries, beginning with healthcare and direct care. The Insights Partner is responsible for curating, analyzing, and sharing research, data, and emerging trends to inform strategy, implementation, and thought leadership. This role supports the advancement of equitable pathways to employment for immigrants by translating complex insights into actionable knowledge and fostering cross-country learning.
