Job description
The Training and Development Specialist is responsible for developing, coordinating, and supporting training programs for ibml field service technicians, service partners, and internal teams. This role will create and maintain training materials, work closely with subject matter experts to support course development and delivery, and establish a continuous learning model that strengthens employee knowledge, skills, and performance.
The position will also support the use and administration of the company’s learning management system to assign, track, document, and report on training and certification progress.
