Site Team – Multiple Jr. Positions (Architecture & Engineering)
Job description
The project involves 3 building blocks (mid-rise) and a 7-storey car park, with strong emphasis on architectural quality and finishing. We are building our on-site team and hiring across both architecture and engineering disciplines.
- Resident Architect Lead the on-site architectural delivery. You will be the main point of contact between the client, consultants, and contractors — ensuring all works are built to design intent and quality standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture Minimum 5 years relevant site experience Registered Architect with Lembaga Arkitek Malaysia (LAM) Experience in commercial or large-scale projects preferred Familiar with UBBL, CIDB Act 520, OSHA, GBI, QLASSIC Mandarin-speaking is an added advantage 2. Inspector of Works – Architecture (IOW) Support the Resident Architect as the eyes on the ground — inspecting daily site works, verifying materials and methods, and keeping thorough quality records.

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field Minimum 5 years in building/construction projects Registered with LAM as an Inspector of Works (IOW) Strong knowledge of architectural detailing and materials Familiar with UBBL, CIDB Act 520, OSHA, GBI, QLASSIC 3. Assistant Resident Engineer Support the Resident Engineer in checking that civil and structural works are carried out to the correct standard — working with the C&S consultant and monitoring contractor activities on site.

Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering Minimum 2–3 years of site experience in building construction Experience working with C&S consultants is preferred Familiar with structural drawings and inspection procedures Commercial or mid-rise building experience is a plus 4. Site Engineer A hands-on role coordinating daily site activities — supervising workers, checking progress, preparing reports and method statements, and keeping the work moving on schedule and to standard.

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Construction or equivalent Minimum 1 year of experience in site supervision Able to read and interpret engineering drawings Good understanding of construction methods, safety, and regulations Proactive, organised, and able to work under pressure Benefits Salary: RM 3,000 – RM 6,000/month (based on role and experience) 2-year project-based contract with clear scope and stable work 14 days annual leave 5.
