Maintenance Technician I - Ezlyn Westminster

Salary range: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour, plus potential bonus. Holland is seeking a dependable, customer service focused, maintenance professional to join our dedicated property maintenance team at our established community, Ezlyn Westminster, in Westminster, Colorado. The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for upkeep of landscape and general exterior image of the property; this includes removing trash and litter, sweeping and pressure washing sidewalks and pathways, basic gardening and weeding, and wiping down and cleaning windows and common furniture.
