How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) _As a Red Coat Customer. Service Agent (CSA), you play a vital role in ensuring our customers experiencesmooth and enjoyable air travel while being the face of Delta Air Lines at. Schiphol airport. As part of the ground crew, you’ll work in adynamic team environment focused on delivering exceptional service.

This roleinvolves a wide range of responsibilities, including meeting arriving flights,overseeing departure gate operations, meet and assist VIP customers, andmanaging the overall turnaround of flights. Additional dutiesinclude monitoring the activities of business partners to ensure safety andsecurity compliance, completing and forwarding statistics, reports, andcompliance resolution responses.

You’ll also maintain clear communicationand coordination with leadership, peers, and stakeholders both inside andoutside of the station._ How you'llhelp us Keep Climbing + Serveas a key liaison with a variety of business partners and deliverworld-class service to all our customers. + Co-coordinatea SAFE, on time aircraft turn around process and uphold the Delta customerexperience to its highest possible standards.

Responsibilities + Practicesafety-conscious behaviors, promotes a safety culture, perform stationcompliance checklists, and conduct audits to maintain operationalintegrity + Coordinatewith various business partners to ensure the efficient turnaround ofaircraft + Proactivelydrive operational performance and excellence, where a safe, clean, on-timeoperation with bags is prioritized + Coordinateand monitor all aspects of the operation to handle disruptions as quicklyand effectively as possible + CoverGSC responsibilities, and ensure safety oversight (training provided) + Actsas a CRO and drives improvement for our customers with disabilities(training provided) + Overseearrival and departure gate processes, ensuring organization, flow, andexceptional customer service + DrivesNPS scores and customer satisfaction improvements + Greetcustomers proactively, assess their needs, explain Delta’s technologyoptions, and direct them appropriately + Keepcustomers informed and ensure efficient service delivery while displayinga positive image What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) + Be at least 18years of age + Strong verbaland written communication skills in English and Dutch + Candidates mustpossess the required work permits or visas to be eligible to work in the.
