Job description
Position Focus: The Technical Documentation Engineer creates, maintains, and improves clear, accurate technical documentation that supports Aagard’s equipment, systems, and customers. This role places a strong emphasis on intentionally applying AI‑enabled tools and workflows to improve documentation accuracy, consistency, scalability, and speed.
The position partners cross‑functionally across Engineering, Controls, Manufacturing, Service, and IT to modernize how technical knowledge is captured, structured, and delivered.
