Programme Manager (PMO / Transformation Consultant)

We are seeking a highly experienced Programme Manager to support a major transformation environment within a leading enterprise services organisation in the telecommunications sector. This role sits within a senior PMO function and will focus on driving complex business and technology transformation programmes, with a strong emphasis on fixed/enterprise services, governance, and change management.

Lead end-to-end programme delivery across multiple transformation initiatives Drive PMO governance, reporting, and executive-level steering committees Manage risks, dependencies, and cross-functional delivery alignment Oversee integrated planning across business, technical, and operational streams Support organisational change management across programmes Ensure delivery of programme outcomes, timelines, and benefits What we’re looking for: 8–12+ years Programme Management / PMO experience Strong telecoms / ISP / enterprise services background Proven track record in large-scale transformation programmes Strong stakeholder management at executive level Experience in PMO governance frameworks (Agile / Waterfall / hybrid) Consulting or embedded client delivery experience advantageous Ideal profile: A confident, structured delivery leader who thrives in complex environments and can operate independently while influencing senior stakeholders.
