
Global Transaction Banking Senior Sales Manager (m/f/d)
Job description
Within the GTB framework, the Sales Manager grows the client business, delivers the financial trajectory and the commercial plan on his or her portfolio of clients.
The Sales Manager is expert in one or more GTB products (PCM, TRA, SGF, BAN), has the capacity to identify GTB opportunities and cross-sell, leveraging on desk & BL expertise. Sales main responsibilities are:
Global
Understand the regional GTB strategy to develop GTB Group franchise and leverage on capital allocated to clients. Ensure its implementation for his or her portfolio of clients.
Propose the financial trajectory for his or her portfolio of clients, as part of strategic and budgetary reviews. Deliver the trajectory, including generation of outbound and inbound business
Build & deliver the GTB commercial plan for his or her portfolio of clients
Commercial
Grow client business (onshore & outbound) in compliance with GTB framework and close cooperation with Product Sales. Facilitate inbound
Cooperate with local GLBA coverage and BL specialists
Deliver specific business pushes, in line with the assigned client portfolio
Manage relationships with local clients
Contribute to the evolution of BL offers to integrate country specificities share local market developments and trends
Acts within his/her delegations, as applicable
Financial
Manage the performance of his or her portfolio: NBI, RGCP, liquidity, RWA (actuals & forecast) in line with GTB Governance
Risks
Comply with the Risk appetite framework on his or her portfolio, including the contribution of the portfolio to the respect of GTPS Risk appetite statement, notably country limits and sectorial limits
Acts within his/her delegations, as applicable, ensure sustainability of transactions
Operational
Ensure operations booked locally in his or her portfolio are executed smoothly with regards to client service, profitability, security and risk management, in application of sustainability objectives set by the business unit and the business lines. Escalate issues to relevant actors and follow-up resolution

Engage expenses, as the case maybe, in strict adherence with applicable internal procedures
Transformation
Contribute to the expression of local requirements to be taken into account into GTPS transformation roadmap, and pro-actively participate in the implementation
Beyond GTPS governance
