Job description
Crayola is seeking a hybrid Manager, Demand Planning in Easton, PA to lead domestic demand planning for an assigned customer segment and help drive accurate forecasts, strong customer service, and effective inventory management. This role will coach and develop a team of demand planners, oversee item-level forecasting, interpret statistical modeling results, and partner closely with sales, marketing, merchandising, and finance to build consensus around the demand plan.
