Subway Manager (Full-time) We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Subway Manager at SPAR Ballyfermot. As a Subway Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Subway restaurant within our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of Subway staff members.
Manage and supervise all Subway staff members, including training, scheduling, and performance management Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service are maintained at all times Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food costs to maximize profitability Create and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer loyalty Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional and timely manner Adhere to all Subway brand standards, policies, and procedures If you are a motivated individual with previous experience in the food service industry and a passion for delivering excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you.
