Registered Dental Hygienist | Part-Time or Full-Time | Golden Peak Dental | Fresh Grads Welcome We're hiring a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our modern, patient-focused practice. If you're a team-oriented RDH who loves providing high-quality care, strong patient education, and practicing to the full extent of your scope, then we want to meet you.
This role is available as part-time or full-time: full-time candidates would support Golden Peak + one other local partner practice .
Compensation
& Benefits $60–$65/hr depending on experience $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time | $2,500 sign-on bonus for part-time Schedule Options: 2–5 days/week (Mondays + Tuesdays 7:45am–5pm required) Monthly bonus program Paid study clubs + CE allowance Mentorship & growth opportunities 401(k) with match (applicable to part-time!)
What We're Looking For Active CO RDH license CPR/BLS certified Experience with Open Dental, Dentrix, or similar Strong communication + teamwork What You'll Do Provide preventive and periodontal care Deliver strong patient education and oral-systemic health discussions Build lasting patient relationships Use modern technology including DentalAI Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical team Golden Peak Dental is a modern, well-equipped practice that values preventive care, patient experience, and a supportive team culture.
