Become part of a global success story and help shape the future of digital safety. Handles complex (Level 2 and 3. IT support tickets and serves as the escalation point when frontline (Level 1) staff are unable to resolve issues. Also provides dedicated, priority support to executives. Manages and monitors the health of all Microsoft 365 services — including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange — ensuring they remain stable, secure, and available at all times. Configures, deploys, and manages HIMA's endpoint devices (laptops, mobile devices) using Microsoft Intune, including policies and system images. Works alongside the CISO to maintain cybersecurity standards, configure access policies (e.g., Conditional Access), and ensure alignment with ISO27001 requirements. Investigates the root cause of recurring issues, documents findings, and maintains up-to-date procedures (SOPs) and checklists to prevent future disruptions. Keeps track of physical and digital assets, software licenses, and the overall M365 tenant to ensure accurate records and cost control. Acts as the go-to person within the IT team for anything M365-related, providing guidance and knowledge to colleagues across global HIMA entities. Creates training materials, publishes knowledge base articles, and communicates IT topics in plain, easy-to-understand language for non-technical users. Participates in planning and executing IT improvement projects, contributing technical expertise to drive innovation and modernization. Assists the IT Hub Lead in managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors. Expert skills Education Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer Science or related. Relevant Professional Experience (type and duration) Minimum 4–5 years in an IT support role, with at least 2 years dedicated to M365 administration. Full command of the M365 Admin Center, covering Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra, Intune and Power Automate. Advanced knowledge of iOS supervised mode.
