- Full-time/Permanent Responsibilities Oversee and maintain high-quality, person-centred care for all residents. Support the Home Manager with the day-to-day operations of the nursing home. Lead, supervise, and support staff to ensure best practices and regulatory compliance. Administer medications and perform general nursing duties. Ensure compliance with HIQA standards, NMBI guidelines, and company policies and procedures. Communicate effectively with residents, families, GPs, and the multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
