Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain a well-organized Montessori environment Observe each child and provide individualized learning experiences. Introduce Montessori materials and concepts at the right developmental stage Foster a calm and respectful classroom culture through positive discipline Maintain records of student progress and development Communicate regularly with parents regarding student growth Qualifications Certification in Montessori / NTT / IMTC / ECCE Minimum 2 years of teaching experience (preferred) We’re Looking For Strong observation and classroom management skills Patience, empathy, and a deep respect for children Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Adaptability and a passion for continuous learning
