Lead and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals Manage and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other performance marketing campaigns Develop and implement SEO, SEM, and social media marketing initiatives to enhance reach and engagement Generate and nurture high-quality leads through targeted digital channels Analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools and deliver actionable insights Oversee content marketing, email marketing, and remarketing campaigns to support customer journey stages Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and marketing assets Track and report on key metrics including ROI, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness Requirements Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO/SEM tools Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating creative production Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems Excellent communication, project management, and time management skills Ability to adapt quickly to changing market trends and digital landscapes
