Full-Time | 9-Day Fortnight Dental Care Mount Barker Are you an experienced Dental Assistant looking for a role that offers variety, flexibility, and a great team environment? Dental Care Mount Barker is looking for a friendly and motivated Dental Assistant / Receptionist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys both clinical assisting and creating exceptional patient experiences at reception.

We are offering a full-time position across a 9-day fortnight , providing a great work-life balance. Your regular day off will vary depending on the needs of the practice, ensuring we continue to support our patients and team effectively. As a Dental Assistant / Receptionist, you will play an important role in supporting the smooth running of our practice.

You will enjoy a varied role across both the clinic and front desk, including: Assisting our dentists and clinical team during patient appointments Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining infection control standards Sterilisation and maintaining clinical compliance Welcoming and supporting patients with a warm and professional approach Managing patient appointments and recalls Answering phone enquiries and providing excellent customer service Processing payments and health fund claims Supporting the team with day-to-day practice operations We're looking for someone who: Has previous Dental Assistant and/or Dental Reception experience (preferred) Is passionate about providing exceptional patient care and customer service Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills Is organised, reliable and able to multitask in a busy environment Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a supportive team Has a positive attitude and is happy to help wherever needed At Dental Care Mount Barker, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional dental care while creating a welcoming and supportive environment for our patients and team.
