Job description
The Human Resources Manager (HRM) is responsible for managing day-to-day human resources operations including payroll, benefits administration, compliance; as well as talent acquisition, DEI initiatives/promotion, employee experience and employee relations. The HRM will ensure the department provides exceptional customer service to the organization and will lead /coach the HR team.
The HRM will be a resource to supervisors/managers and provide human resources coaching on various issues including conflict resolution, employee performance and behavior challenges, performance improvement plans, corrective action and documentation.
