Location: Multiple cities Reporting To: Manager – Transactions Role Overview Support the transaction team through property surveys, market mapping and research.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct property surveys.
  • Maintain property databases.
  • Support site visits.
  • Collect local market intelligence.
  • Assist in reporting.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years experience in real estate or property consulting.
  • Knowledge of local real estate markets.
  • Strong research skills.
