Job description
Responds to customer inquiries, enters orders, schedules shipments, resolves and documents complaints, provides information to customers, partners with field Territory Sales Managers, and engages in upselling and cross selling when appropriate to the clinician’s patient needs. This is an extremely critical role representing the voice of CQ Medical to our customers and ensuring that we are able to meet the needs of their patients.
The Inside Sales, Multiple Med Device Lines works closely with the field sales team for the overall execution of workload and toward the goals of the Sales department. This position reports to the Director of People and Product Support in service of our providers and their patients.
