AI Video Generalist Location: Bangalore (In-Office) Experience: 0–2 Years Working Days: Monday – Saturday About the Role We are looking for an AI Video Generalist who can leverage AI tools to create high-quality, engaging video content at scale. This role sits at the intersection of creative production, AI tools, and performance marketing, focused on building fast, iterative, and high-performing video creatives.
Key Responsibilities
Create video content using AI tools (text-to-video, image-to-video, voice, avatars, etc.) Experiment with different formats, hooks, and storytelling styles for ads and organic content Edit and refine videos using AI + traditional tools to ensure high-quality output Collaborate with creative, marketing, and content teams to execute campaign requirements Rapidly test and iterate creatives based on performance data (CTR, retention, conversions) Stay updated with the latest AI tools, trends, and workflows in video creation Build and maintain a pipeline of scalable video content production Requirements 0–2 years of experience in video editing, content creation, or creative production Hands-on experience with AI video tools (or strong willingness to learn quickly) Basic understanding of storytelling, hooks, and short-form content (Reels, Shorts, Ads) Familiarity with tools like Cap.
Cut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar Strong creative instinct and ability to execute ideas quickly Ability to work in a fast-paced, experimental environment Good to Have (Brownie Points) Experience with tools like Runway, Pika, Synthesia, Hey. Gen, Midjourney, D-ID, etc. Exposure to performance marketing creatives or D2C brands Understanding of UGC-style content and ad creatives Experience creating content for kids/parents or consumer brands Benefits Why Join Famyo?
