IRIS Consultant

Provide thoughtful and effective services as an IRIS Consultant (IRIS = Include, Respect, I Self-Direct) to individuals directing their long-term care, supports and services. As a member of an ICA Team, partner with individuals receiving long-term care supports and services to understand and develop what is possible and desirable in their lives. Work in a Social Services capacity assisting Participants with maintaining their autonomy and independence and monitoring for health and safety.

This is full-time (40 hours/week), benefit eligible, hybrid opportunity with hours between 8am-5pm requiring travel throughout the counties served including Douglas, Bayfield, Sawyer and Ashland Counties primarily, but could also serve participants in Price and Iron counties as well.
