Cann Job Function: Account Management and Growth Job Subfunction: Account Management Job Description: Provides leadership to managers and/or senior-level professional staff, ensuring effective oversight and guidance. Accountable for the performance and outcomes of multiple, related teams, with a focus on achieving strategic objectives and delivering high-quality results.
Develops and implements departmental plans that align with organizational priorities, addressing corporate/network/agency needs. Fosters collaboration and drives operational excellence to improve team performance and support broader organizational goals. Builds and maintains long-term client relationships by serving as a strategic business partner and trusted advisor across integrated marketing, branding, media, communications, and customer experience initiatives.
Acts as the primary client contact, leading cross-functional collaboration across all agency capabilities to deliver solutions aligned to client objectives and business outcomes. Oversees account performance, commercial stewardship, operational efficiency, resource coordination, and service delivery while ensuring client satisfaction, profitability, and sustainable revenue growth within complex and evolving business environments.
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
