Job description
Primary Purpose of the Job The incumbent under Shift Supervisor works in accordance with the Refinery and Chemical Plant unit Operating procedures and daily work Instructions/guidelines. In the event of process upset and emergency refers the problem to Shift Supervisor to keep the unit safe and minimize production loss. Required Experience and Skills
- 3 Years technical training
- HNC Level or equivalent.
- 8 Years of operations experience in multiple units of Refinery / Chemical Plant.
- Good oral and reading knowledge of English.
- Solid knowledge of DCS / Panel Operations.
- Team Leadership/Surveillance / vigilance skills and control.
- Good knowledge of Operational Procedures.
- High level of alertness, anticipation and analysis skills are required.
- Training on Firefighting/First Aid/BA/H2S. Educational Qualifications Higher Secondary Certificate or Equivalent and HNC. Higher Secondary Certificate or Equivalent and HNC.
