Compass Health is hiring a Clinical Manager to provide clinical and operational leadership across our Whatcom Triage program in Bellingham and MARC Triage program in Everett.

This is a meaningful opportunity to strengthen clinical practice, support staff development, and improve coordination across two vital crisis triage programs. In this role, you will provide consistent onsite leadership, guide daily operations, supervise multidisciplinary teams, and ensure services meet regulatory, ethical, licensure, and agency standards.
