Job description
The Operations Lead is responsible for the proper execution of project tasks defined by the Operations Manager. This position will have a hands-on, in-the-field role in various tasks related to asset tracking, asset repairs, quality control, facility and asset maintenance, event set-up and breakdown, and other related projects.
The Operations Lead will work with a team of part-time Operations Crew Members scheduled to execute tasks in a timely manner. During events, the Operations Lead will support various operations including set-up, event onsite support across departments, event breakdown, and other incoming operational requests.
