The Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of plant assets while supporting overall business objectives. This role provides strategic leadership for maintenance planning, reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives, partnering closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Safety teams to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
The Maintenance Manager leads a high-performing maintenance organization, leveraging data, preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, and reliability best practices to improve asset health, drive operational excellence, and support sustainable plant performance.
