Maintains accuracy and revision history of all production records including weekly fabric wip reports, content production samples status reports, monthly consolidated and production matrix updates before publishing to stakeholders. Responible for vetting the integrity of UA cut orders vs assortments vs projections for each program before release to factory.

Responsible for maintaining updated costs on master price file for sourced factories and directing the costing needs with TCA costing team based on calendar and shipping needs. Responsible for accuracy of PLM vs assortment including trims by style to coordinate purchasing of trims in a more efficient manner. Responsible for biweekly wip meeting topics related to Seasonal T&A and tracking of milestones due prior to or at next meeting..
