Key Responsibilities

Prepare and present high-quality pastries, cakes, breads, desserts, and confectionery items. Develop innovative dessert concepts aligned with current market and culinary trends. Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation standards. Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations. Support inventory control, ingredient preparation, and recipe standardization.

Collaborate effectively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations. Creative mindset with the ability to introduce marketable dessert ideas. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure with minimal supervision.
