Customer Success Renewals Intern

Role overview & Key responsibilities: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Renewals Intern to support our Customer Success team in managing client renewals, ensuring timely follow-ups, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role offers hands-on exposure to client communication, sales operations, and revenue retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in tracking upcoming and overdue contract renewals Coordinate with clients for renewal discussions and follow-ups Support in preparing renewal proposals, quotations, and documentation Maintain and update renewal data in CRM systems Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance) for smooth execution Support in improving renewal processes and reporting metrics Requirements What we're looking for: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, or related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good organizational and time management abilities Basic understanding of sales/customer success processes is a plus Proficiency in MS Excel and/or CRM tools is preferred Self-driven with a willingness to learn and take initiative Culture Fit: Must align with Pad.
