Clinical Initiatives BH Scholarship Program

Southcentral Foundation (SCF) sponsors learning opportunities for students seeking a degree completion in the Behavioral Health Field. The learners will engage in a variety of learning activities under the mentorship of a SCF preceptor to gain valuable nonclinical and clinical experience within the Nuka System of Care.

The student is responsible for maintaining contact with the assigned preceptor and partner with preceptor as needed to seek out opportunities to meet the objectives for various school courses. While attending clinical rotations at SCF, under the supervision of a preceptor, the student will assist in delivering care that fully supports the optimization of customer ownership of health-related issues and therapeutic, enduring relationships between providers and customer-owners.
