Senior Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant Sales and Customer Insights Talcom is building a dedicated Microsoft Dynamics hub in Novi Sad for one of the largest Dynamics consultancy partners in the Netherlands. This hub is designed as a long term strategic capability, focused on delivery quality, scalability and deep domain expertise in Dynamics 365.

About the Role

As a Senior Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant, you act as subject matter expert for Sales and Customer Insights within international implementation programs. You are end to end involved in projects and contribute to stable go live and structured transition to managed services. In this role you bridge business and delivery.

You translate commercial and customer data requirements into scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives and measurable outcomes. Together with solution architects, technical consultants and Dutch senior stakeholders, you contribute directly to complex international CE programs.

Key Responsibilities

•Work in full lifecycle CE implementations from analysis and design through configuration, testing, go live and hypercare. •Take ownership of Sales and Customer Insights scope within your workstream and act as primary functional consultant towards the client. •Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and translate requirements into structured solution designs.

•Configure and optimize Dynamics 365 CE including Sales and Customer Insights modules. •Support pre sales activities with input for solution design and estimations. •Collaborate closely with technical consultants on integrations, Power Platform components and data related topics.

Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant with strong focus on Sales and Customer Insights. •Proven experience in end to end CE implementations in international environments. •Strong knowledge of Sales processes, customer lifecycle management and data driven insights. •Solid experience with Power Platform including Power Automate and model driven applications.

•Ability to translate business requirements into structured functional designs aligned with client strategy. •Strong communication skills and experience working with senior stakeholders. •Professional level English, written and spoken.
