Oracle EBS Financials Functional Consultant

Job Title: Oracle EBS Financial Functional Consultant Location: Pune (Work from Office – 5 Days) Experience Level: Mid-Level: 3–5 years (4 positions) Senior-Level: 15+ years (2 positions; 1 Lead role) About the Role: We are looking for Oracle EBS Financial Functional Consultants to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with Purchasing modules in the servicing industry, Cash Flow, and India Localization.

The role involves managing end-to-end implementations and support projects (not ticket-based), ensuring seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Work on Oracle EBS Financial modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM) with a focus on Purchasing and Cash Flow processes. Lead and participate in 2–3 full-cycle implementation projects and post-implementation support. Handle India Localization configurations and compliance. Collaborate with business users to understand requirements, design functional solutions, and prepare documentation (MD50/BR100).

Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful system integration and testing. For senior/lead roles: Manage project delivery end-to-end and serve as the primary point of contact for customers. Provide mentorship and functional guidance to junior consultants. Oversee timelines, quality, and deliverables.

Required Skills

& Qualifications: Commerce background (B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter preferred). 3–5 years (mid-level) or 15+ years (senior/lead) of relevant Oracle EBS Financials experience. Proven track record of implementation and support (non-ticketing) in Oracle EBS Financials. Strong exposure to Purchasing in servicing domains, Cash Flow management, and India Localization.

Excellent communication, analytical, and client management skills. Immediate joiners preferred.
