Role Summary
The Growth Associate is the execution engine of the growth team. You sit at the intersection of: Performance marketing Creative production CRM & analytics Influencers & affiliates Your mandate is simple: Ensure every growth initiative is tracked, executed, and delivered on time—without things falling through the cracks.
You enable the Growth Lead to focus on strategy by owning coordination, tracking, and follow-through across all growth functions. What You Will Own (KRAs)
- Performance Marketing & Ads Coordination Work closely with the performance team and agency on: Meta Ads Google Ads Track: Active campaigns Deliverables Performance signals Understand and report: CPM, CTR, CPC, ROAS, frequency, thumb-stop rate Coordinate: Briefs Creative assets Approvals Go-live timelines Proactively flag: Budget pacing issues Ad fatigue Audience saturation
- Creative Analysis, Planning & Research Analyze: Ad creative performance Fatigue signals Winning formats Research: Competitors (Meta Ad Library, YouTube, Instagram) Hooks, formats, messaging trends Contribute: New creative ideas (UGC, testimonials, demos, before-after) Own: Monthly creative calendar Creative briefing timelines Conduct: Post-campaign reviews Document learnings and insights
- Website, Landing Pages & CRO Coordination Coordinate with website team/agency for: Landing page updates Fixes New builds Track: All requests from brief → live Share: Performance insights Heatmap findings Flag and resolve: Slow load times Broken links CTA issues
- Data, Analytics & Reporting Work with analytics & CRM teams to track: Traffic sources Funnel drop-offs Conversion rates Repeat purchase behavior Identify: Funnel leakages Drop-off points Build: Weekly growth reports Maintain: Central dashboard / tracker Bring: Data-backed insights Hypotheses + action plans
- CRM & Nurturing Campaign Coordination Coordinate campaigns across: WhatsApp Email RCS Manage: Copy briefing Execution timelines Track: Open rates CTR Conversion from nurture Identify: Underperforming segments Drop-offs in lifecycle
- Influencer Management (End-to-End Ownership) Identify and vet: Relevant influencers (YouTube + Meta) Evaluate: Audience quality Engagement Content fit Own: Outreach Negotiation Deliverables Manage: Briefing Product dispatch Content approvals Track: Timelines Deliverables Performance Maintain: Influencer tracker
- Affiliate Programme Management Identify and onboard: Affiliate partners Bloggers, review sites, communities Manage: Tracking links Assets Commission structures Maintain: Affiliate tracker Performance data Ensure: No broken links Active partnerships Drive: Month-on-month affiliate growth
- Internal Team & Calendar Coordination Own: Master growth calendar Coordinate across: Copywriters Designers Editors CRM team Agency Run: Weekly check-ins Ensure: No delays without escalation All deliverables tracked and completed KPIs (How You’ll Be Measured) Campaign execution efficiency (on-time delivery) Creative production consistency Funnel visibility & reporting quality Speed of issue identification & resolution Influencer & affiliate pipeline growth CRM campaign performance tracking Accuracy & discipline in trackers Requirements Must-Have Requirements Experience 1–3 years in: Growth / Performance Marketing D2C / Ecommerce / Agency Core Skills Ads Literacy Strong understanding of: CPM, CTR, CPC, ROAS Ability to read Meta/Google dashboards Agency Coordination Experience working with external agencies Ability to brief, follow up, and manage timelines Communication Strong written communication Clear briefs, updates, and reporting Tracker Discipline Highly organized Comfortable managing multiple trackers and workflows Ownership Mindset Proactive Solution-oriented High accountability Good to Have Experience with: Influencer platforms Affiliate programs Familiarity with: CRM tools (Email, WhatsApp automation) Exposure to: Creative testing frameworks A/B testing Basic understanding of: Website CRO Experience in: Health / Wellness / Medical devices What “Good” Looks Like Highly organized and detail-oriented Thinks in: Systems Timelines Execution Proactively: Flags issues early Suggests solutions Comfortable managing: Multiple moving parts simultaneously What We Don’t Want Passive executors Poor follow-through Lack of ownership Disorganized workflow management Final Note This is not a strategy role.
