Job description
We are seeking a highly experienced and result-oriented Unit Head to lead all operations of our refinery unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production, maintenance, safety, quality control, and compliance, ensuring smooth and cost-effective functioning of the entire unit while meeting output and quality targets.
Requirements
B.Tech / M.Tech in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering 10–20 years of experience in refinery or process plant operations (at least 5 years in a leadership role) Strong knowledge of refining processes (e.g., oil refining, petrochemical, edible oil, etc.) Deep understanding of production planning, cost control, and quality systems Proven leadership, team management, and crisis-handling skills Familiarity with EHS, ISO standards, and industry regulations Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making abilities
