What You'll Do
The Senior IT Asset Management Analyst will be part of the Information Technology Department (ITD) and will directly support the IT Asset Management (ITAM) Digital Product Enhancements initiative. The role is responsible for strengthening IT asset lifecycle management practices, supporting the implementation and optimization of ITAM tools, and establishing governance policies for IT end user assets The analyst will work closely with ITAM product owners, Service.
Now platform teams, Flexera administrators, service management leads, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate, compliant, and fully integrated IT asset data and processes Support the implementation and configuration of the Hardware Asset Management (HAM) module in Service. Now, ensuring alignment with ADB ITAM processes and governance requirements Contribute to the design, testing, and validation of ITAM-related workflows, asset lifecycle models, and reporting capabilities in Service.
Now Support the enhancement and stabilization of the integration between Service. Now and Flexera, including reconciliation of asset data, normalization, and data quality improvements Develop, review, and maintain IT end user asset governance policies, standards, and procedures aligned with ADB rules, ITSM practices, and audit requirements Ensure asset lifecycle states, ownership, financial attributes, and compliance statuses are accurately tracked, maintained in ITAM systems (e.
g., Service. Now HAM/ITAM, Flexera, Oracle FAR) and covers the end-to-end lifecycle of IT end user assets Define ITAM KPIs, data quality metrics, and control checkpoints in Service. Now Develop management reports, dashboards, and analysis on asset inventory, lifecycle status, compliance, and risks Identify gaps, risks, and control issues across the IT asset lifecycle and recommend corrective actions What You'll Need Required: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT Asset Management, IT Service Management, or related IT operations roles Proven experience working with Service.
Now ITAM and/or HAM modules Experience with Flexera (or equivalent software asset management tools) and system integrations Strong understanding of IT asset lifecycle management, governance, and compliance controls Experience designing or implementing ITAM policies, processes, and performance reporting Strong analytical, documentation, and data management skills Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Preferred: ITIL certification or strong working knowledge of ITIL practices is preferred Physical Demands Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
