Job Description: Job Summary** Lead and supervise the Cans Decoration (Deco) and Base End (BE) production teams, ensuring efficient operation, high-quality output, and adherence to safety standards within CROWN Bevcan Slovakia s.r.o. Job Responsibilities** * Supervise, train, and motivate a team of Deco and BE operators and technicians to achieve production targets and quality standards.

Monitor production processes for Deco and BE lines, identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency. * Implement and enforce all safety procedures and regulations, promoting a safe working environment. * Conduct regular quality checks on decorated cans and base ends, ensuring products meet specifications.

Perform preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting on Deco and BE machinery. * Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to address complex equipment failures. * Manage shift schedules, attendance, and performance evaluations for team members. * Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within Deco and BE operations.

Maintain accurate production records, reports, and inventory of materials. * Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures. Job Qualifications** * Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the can-making or packaging industry. * Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role.

Strong technical understanding of decoration processes (e.g., printing, coating) and/or base end forming operations. * Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues effectively. * Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Strong commitment to safety and quality. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in English; knowledge of Slovak is a strong advantage. * Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). * Relevant technical degree or vocational training is preferred.
