Mode Brand Ambassador Pay: $18 Join the Face of Southern California’s Premier Home Remodeler MODE Renovation is looking for a proactive communicator who loves engaging with people. As a Brand Ambassador at MODE, you won’t just be "generating leads"—you’ll be the first point of contact for homeowners looking to transform their lives by transforming their homes.

In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between our premium renovation services and the community, turning casual conversations into high-quality design appointments. What You’ll Do: Lead Generation: Set appointments for our expert design consultants to keep our large-scale operation running smoothly. Community Engagement: Attend targeted events to represent our brand at trade shows, local events and retail stores.

Brand Advocacy: Act as a product expert, providing homeowners with a professional introduction to our specialized services. Field Technology: Use an iPad to capture lead data and manage your schedule on the move. Marketing Insights: Gather direct feedback from the field to help our marketing team refine their strategy.

What You’ll Need to Succeed Experience: At least 1+ years in a high-touch customer service, sales, or public- facing role. Communication: Exceptional verbal skills and the ability to turn any interaction into a positive brand experience. Technical Savvy: Comfortable using mobile technology (iPad) for data entry. Physical Stamina: Ability to walk, stand, and move frequently, including lifting up to 25 lbs.

Reliability: Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and the ability to pass a background check. Flexibility: Availability to work evenings and weekends based on business needs.
