Mental Health Clinician - Integrated Care Team

As a Mental Health Clinician, you'll work on a multidisciplinary team providing trauma-informed behavioral health services to individuals experiencing homelessness, mental health challenges, substance use disorders, and complex medical needs. You'll conduct assessments, provide counseling, support crisis intervention, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with medical, housing, and recovery professionals to deliver whole-person care.
