Accord. Care is seeking a Director of Revenue Cycle Management to lead billing, collections, and reimbursement operations for our non-skilled home care service line. This role owns the full revenue cycle for our private pay, managed care, and Medicaid waiver / consumer-directed home care business — a book of business that runs alongside, but is distinct from, the separate RCM function supporting our skilled, Medicare-certified home health services.
