The Manager of Clinical and Community Services provides clinical leadership, supervision, and operational oversight for community-based respite and supported independent living programs. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services, including planning, care, crisis intervention, counseling, skill development, employment support, case management, and advocacy. The Manager fosters a safe, therapeutic environment, ensures compliance with agency policies and standards, embeds person-centered practices across programs, and leads a collaborative, cross-functional team to achieve positive participant outcomes.
