PURPOSE OF THE POSITION Collect and deliver product while adhering to company safety and quality procedures. ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Operates an electronic or hand operated pallet jack between departments, buildings, and grounds. Collects and delivers a wide variety of materials while adhering to established safety procedures.
Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor. Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations. Delivers materials to work areas as directed from production supervisor, stacks materials in storage areas and loads shipments in trailer.
