Key Responsibilities
Execute Logistics costs settlement and invoicing Verification of LSP invoices and processing in Cello Act as a contact person for Finance and controlling in order to answer questions regarding AP/ AR status, accruals etc. Take corrective actions towards carriers in case of wrong or unclear invoicing Creation and control of import customs declarations/ bonded transfers Coordination and communication with customs offices, clients and carriers Arrange/prepare month end reporting Analyze logistical bottlenecks and opportunities Translate logistical issues/problems into workable solutions Back-up/assist in supporting other disciplines in SSEG team Cooperation with transport LSPs and Warehouse Operations Requirements Logistics education (preferably degree in Business Administration or Economics with major Logistics or SCM) Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in customs area and /or Logistics invoice settlement Good Microsoft Excel skills Assertive personality Customer orientated Curious, eager to learn and pro-active attitude Constructive problem-solving skills Proficient level of German in speaking and writing Business English in speaking and writing Ability to prioritize multiple requests and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Team player, built and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders involved Work Authorization: A valid work authorization for Germany is required for this position.
